Ms. Mowrey and her staff helped untangle this extremely stressful and confusing mess during the already sad time of taking care of my mom's last wishes. Worst experience ever has now cost us thousands of dollars and a few years trying to fix the mess he made!

Absolutely horrible experience. I spent nearly my entire retainer talking to the receptionist. The office is not caught up to modern times yet so all files and paperwork is manual, nothing is computerized. There were many times I received other peoples paperwork and caught numerous errors in my own paperwork. My ex and I made it clear we were willing to work things out amicably but wanted legal representation to assist in the process. His lawyer and Beaty ended up pitting us against each other and twisting things that were said which ultimately extended the process (more $$ for them of course). Once we realized this we fired them both. Sadly we walked away without anything actually getting legally filed and the retainer spent. We ended up going through mediation instead. Each time I spoke with this office I found it very frustrating.
