I obtained Jennifer’s service after using a different attorney for my divorce. She reviewed my case and suggested mediation when I thought it had to be litigation. She kept everything on point in meditation and helped me remain level headed. I just signed my final parenting plan and I am beyond happy with how things turned out. Her retainer was modest and she got the job done. I had no issues with billing or how time was spent. Like I said before. I’m incredibly happy with her services. I would recommend a consultation with her before you meet with another attorney

I have consulted with several different lawyers regarding my divorce until I was referred to see Jennifer. She immediately made me feel at ease and was very understanding of my situation (I live in Canada and my ex in USA). After my consultation with Jennifer I felt confident she will help me through my situation and I was RIGHT!!! Jennifer was to the point with my ex's lawyer and did not allow them to stall. She was professional and respectful dealing with the other lawyer and made sure my concerns were voiced and addressed. Most of my communication with Jennifer was done over email and she responded promptly every time and made it hassle free by not needing me to make the drive to the office from across the border for signing documents. I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer and highly recommend her!

My husband and I found ourselves in an emergency situation in which we needed to file for custody of our grandchildren. It was right in the middle of the holiday season, and nearly every attorney we spoke to could not take our case right away. Several attorneys referred us to Jennifer Slattery, so we met with her at her office in Blaine. It was immediately clear to us that she was very professional, organized, and easy to communicate with. She explained in detail what she would be doing, what the fees would be, and what she would need from us. We were comfortable with her right away. Once she took our case, she was prompt in responding to any questions we had and kept us informed on everything that was happening at all times. She scrambled to get us an order that we needed immediately, and even hand delivered it to the courthouse to get it signed so that we wouldn't be unprotected over an extended weekend. At one point in our case, we almost gave up because we believed that because we were not the children's parents, the courts would automatically rule against us. Ms. Slattery encouraged us not to give up and was in it with us all the way. I honestly felt like she cared about our case and the well being of the children. I can not even explain the relief that I experienced in knowing that she really was serious about our outcome. Custody cases are never fun for anyone, but Ms. Slattery's handling of our case was done with compassion and professionalism. I can not say enough positive about this attorney. I would give her the very highest recommendation.
