I met Emily at Limitless Law at Bellingham Pride in 2015. It was nice to have a member of the LGBT family perform our estate plan as we felt comfortable that she was aware of the issues that might arise. When I had an issue with my wife’s estate, she participated in the negotiations and supported me even though my wife had left some of Emily’s checklist incomplete. Since my wife’s death I have had two more estate plans written up and have enjoyed working with Emily throughout.

It was very refreshing to dealt with Emily M, as she was responsive and professional in her dealing. I had a rush job, and she was able to allocate the resources very quickly and get the job done! I would recommend organizing the information presented to Emily before the consult, since it’s mutually beneficial. Overall, I will be using her services and recommending her!

Emily was incredibly efficient, responsive, supportive, and otherwise just went above and beyond in helping me settle my father's small estate. She backed me up with a bank that did not want to cooperate, and got the issue resolved on my behalf within a week. This individual is a completely corrupt liar and makes his practice out of attacking unsuspecting and naive mothers. His nickname among the other local attorneys is "Bumbling Bob" because he purposely plays dumb while using underhanded, unethical methods to achieve positive outcomes for abusers of women and children. If slimy and fork tongue is what one seeks in an attorney, this us your guy. Just be prepared to mortgage the family farm in order to pay him to take 5 years for a simple cut and dry divorce. May God forgive him.

I’d struggled with finishing up a simple Will for a very long time. Had done the whole PC software do it yourself Will thing.
