I chose Mr. Kaiman to represent me in a family law matter. I was impressed with his professionalism. Unfortunately, when it came to knowing the 'ins and outs' of established precedents regarding parenting plans, he let me down. Despite my hesitations, he encouraged me to pursue the filing of a suit against my ex, which we lost. And I'll never forget hearing the judge say, in his findings, that "...this is a clear case ....". I keep asking myself why Mr. Kaiman didn't know what the judge and the other attorney knew. Another disappointment for me came when I discovered a critical mistake in the text of our parenting plan -- a mistake that had been made by Mr. Kaiman's assistant while she was typing it up -- and then committed to law when the parenting plan was approved in court. Despite my raising the issue twice to him directly, neither he nor his office staff have made any attempt to correct the mistake.

we were able to just let him do everything. Very trustable. sometimes human nature is to wonder if he's doing what he can, but in the end. he had it all under controll. I had a DUI in San Juan County and I was very frightened. Mark Kaimian immediately made me feel at ease and took charge of the situation. We went to trial and thanks to Mark I was found not guilty. Mark did an amazing job, and I will be forever grateful for his expertise.
