I worked with Matt Conner and the team at Brett McCandlis Brown on a personal injury claim. Matt provided sound legal help in a compassionate and understanding manner. We all deal in the vocabulary of our professions, and sometimes it can be hard to explain things in good detail to a person who doesn’t share that expertise. Matt had no such trouble, and confidently guided me through filing my suit, what to expect of the process and how he was going to proceed. Matt is easy-going and took time to email or call when he had updates or information about the status of my case. Matt is affable and down to earth, he was able clearly communicate the where’s and why’s of my case. He even took the time to sit with me for three hours in Bellingham Municipal Court. When there were challenges or delays, he was on top of informing me and making sure that I knew and was right there to help with any questions that I had.
