I recently had a consultation with Mr Martin and was extremely pleased. He took his time to ensure all my questions were answered, all scenarios covered and gave me multiple things to think about relating to my situation. I felt very comfortable and confident with Mr Martin in that his intentions were in my best interest. He was able to offer excellent coaching suggestions, references to other professionals that I need to engage for my situation and overall sound, logical advice. I have known Roy since February of 2013. I can safely say that he is one of the most educated, polished, refined and cultivated people that I have ever met, with a sense of justice and compassion. When I met him, I was going through a difficult time. My husband’s departure shattered my world away in this strange country, and took away my ability to trust in people and left me with little hope for the future. I have been in an extreme state of depression for a long time. I isolated myself from the outside world, immersed in my grief and couldn’t extricate myself from it. I couldn’t tell my parents and friends what happend. I had not listened to them, and came to America for love. How could I return to them now? Every time I saw him, he was always polite and courteous. He did everything with a rigorous, meticulous and dedicated attitude. His empathy was unfailing, even with experiences alien to his own. He has done a lot for me without any thought of reward. I am a very shy person, and although I always try to do right by others, I am not good at expressing my intentions and feelings, especially given the fact that English is not my first language. Therefore, I rarely expressed my gratitude to him. When I finally told him that I was very grateful for everything he had done for me and hoped to have a chance to thank him, he told me that I didn’t need to do anything for him, as long as I loved to pass the love to people who needed help. Recently I engaged Mr. Martin to represent me where my ex-wife was attempting to take shared custody of my son. Although Mr. Martin prefers to avoid court and resolve issues collaboratively, previous efforts toward constructive communication with my ex-wife have never been effective. Unfortunately, proceeding to court was my last and only option. From the beginning, Mr. Martin listened and understood the details of my case. Preparing to have my case heard, we spent a lot of time going over my declarations. Once we were in court, it became clear to me how important this effort was. Going into this, Mr. Martin was very up front about the potential costs, and the reality that it is not possible to be certain about the court's decision. Although I felt we had a good case based on my ex-wife's actions, this left me with no false perceptions about the outcome. At least I knew what I was getting into. When the time came for Mr. Martin to present my side of the situation in court, he was skilled and confident. Both in communicating my position, and presenting evidence to the court. In the end I am very happy with my decision to fight for retaining equally shared custody of my son. Throughout the process Mr. Martin has been competent, professional, and completely honest about all aspects of my case, there have been no unwelcome surprises. In any aspect of family law, I would recommend Mr. Martin without hesitation.

Mr. Tario works extremely hard for any and all of his clients. If you take the time to sit with him and let him review your case, you will realize with out a doubt, his experience (well over 30 years) in criminal defense, does make a difference when it comes to knowing the law as well as how to approach many different scenarios.

Roy was my wife's attorney and handled some child support and visitation issues for her.
