Following a car accident not only did I need on going medical treatment for my injuries I found myself in need of an attorney. Finding an attorney that I could trust and have confidence in, all while recovering from a car accident, was stressful and took some time. I reached out to a couple of attorneys, but my confidence just wasn't there, then I was referred to Max Meyers Law by my Chiropractor. I first spoke to Richard, who was so friendly, personable and helpful. This was a great start! Then I spoke with Max, and met with him in person. I immediately knew this was a great fit. Not only was he friendly, professional, open and honest, and helpful he turned out to be a hugger. To me this is huge. It shows that he really cares about his clients. When it came time to work on my case I was told Naomi, another attorney in the office would be working on it with me. I was a little nervous when I first found this out, because I already knew Max and just loved the way he was during our first couple of interactions. However, after talking with Naomi the first time I absolutely adored her, we just hit it off! When we met in person it was even better, and she's a hugger too. She did a phenomenal job on my case, she was an amazing coach through the whole thing as well. Her communication was absolutely wonderful, I was never left wondering where things where at any point during the process. At the end, she ended up getting more than I ever expected from the other party. I would never wish an auto accident on anyone. I was laid up several months from the accident & didn't contact a lawyer for awhile. The 1st lawyer I contacted didn't want to take my case, the at fault driver had a medical issue. The hospital, doctor & physical therapy bills were overwhelming, we knew we needed a lawyer. Max was recommended so we gave him a call & made an appointment to come into his office. Right form the beginning Max was very professional & said we had a very good case. The at fault driver had minimal insurance with a high risk company. Max dealt with the at fault driver's insurance & then filed a claim with our own insurance for the uninsured/underinsured portion. Max's firm made sure all our medical bills were taken care of & called monthly to see how I was doing. He got us a settlement with our own insurance company which was much more then we ever anticipated. We were very pleased. If the accident never happened would be my 1st choice because I'll never be the same but at least the settlement helps to offset things. I like to add that the communications with Max & the office were great. E-mails were answered promptly & if we needed to talk with Max we were connected right away or he called right back.

It is never easy being in a car accident and especially when it is not your fault. I hired Max after I was run off the road on my motorcycle by a car in February of 2016. After meeting with several attorneys, Max proved not only to be the most experienced in motorcycle crash cases, but was also professional and realistic. I was a pedestrian hit by a car. It’s not a situation myself or anyone I knew had ever been in. I searched the web to find info/laws pertaining to this incident in Seattle. I was involved in a small scooter accident and sustained limited injuries. Nonetheless, I wanted to consult with an attorney to confirm I was receiving a fair settlement. Even though Max and his assistants were aware this was not a big ($) case they were extremely helpful and had excellent follow-up -- not just from Max but from his entire team. If you are ever in an accident I recommend you give Max Meyers law a call!  My wife and I were hit by another driver who had no insurance.  We were dealing with treatment of our injuries and were struggling with the insurance company.  The insurance company had no interest in helping us out and I didn’t feel like they were on my side.  One of my-coworkers recommended that I give Max a call.  He was great and helped us answer all of our questions.  Max did a wonderful job for us and I highly recommend him if you are in need of help with your accident.
