I was referred to Denise, so glad that I was! I couldn’t ask for a more professional & patient lawyer to work with on my Chapter 7 BK. My case was complicated & lengthy on my part to submit to the court. Denise stayed with me thru to the end. I had to face a tough decision to file chapter 7 bankruptcy this last year. I had done it myself 12 years ago when I filed before and just remember it being a nightmare all around. Well I found myself facing a similar situation last year. I wasn't about to go down that road alone again. Denise was recommended to me by a friend at work going thru similar circumstances. And I couldn't be more pleased. I did a class online, filled out all the forms, went to court 1 time then did a final class online. a few days later my discharge was in the mail. so all in all a few months and done. Besides the bankruptcy she has also helped me over the phone answering some questions I had about an IRS debt and an old student loan. She is very knowledgeable of the law and will help with most situations. I recommend her whole heartedly! I also have to say she was extremely competitively priced as well. Which is especially important when you are working with such limited funds in the first place.

Denise helped me and my husband with our power of attorney and medical directives. She was thorough, professional, and clear every step of the way. Because we were so satisfied, we are now going to have her help us with our wills. The res she charges are reasonable and fair.

Denise prepared power of attorneys, durable POA for assets and medical decisions for my husband and I. We really appreciated that Denise stuck with us over the year and a half or so it took us to work through filing. It was a difficult decision on our part, complicated by an unexpected inheritance. Denise was the best possible lawyer that I could have found for my case. I am a Canadian and was a defendant in a bankruptcy/litigation case in the US, and In order to find someone to help me, I did a google search for lawyers in WA and found Denise's name, among others. Several mentioned they gave a free consultation but on sending emails to a few, I had only 2 responses, Denise's being one of them. Denise called me and we had a lengthy first conversation after which she went over what she could do for me.
