I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Witt as she dealt with basically EVERYTHING that comes with an accident with injuries. She and her assistant Brittany were amazing! All I had to focus on was getting better while they dealt with my insurance (no PIP) and doctors as well as negotiated fee's down from several practitioners that I saw. In the end, Jennifer and her team made this as absolutely painless as possible and wound up getting me 10.... yes 10 times (in my pocket, AFTER paying back treatment cost and attorney fee) what I was originally offered by the at fault parties insurance. Not to mention they take NO fee for representing any children that were in the accident with you. I am so thankful to have found a group that I can trust!

Asked a huge fee up front. We have zero experience with defense attorneys so not sure that’s standard or not. Doesn’t seem like it should be tho. Extensive interviews with the “plantif “ to get her side of the story and when we asked this lawyer when my son would get his side of the story told he said he won’t. Seemed like a cash grab. He got his chunk of change and did very little for it… I guess what they say about lawyers is for a reason. No care what the truth was just about money .. in my opinion.

These people dont answer the phone dont waste your time. My apartment was condemned 7 days ago and we we're told by the city to contact NWJP for help. We will be homeless next week with no access to legal aid for the relocation refund we are owed and being screwed out of. So like I said just find someone else, they dont care.

The second I hired Ryan Witt was like a massive sigh of relief, he knew exactly what I needed to do to get ahead of my case, he was kind, respectful and was able to speak to me whenever I needed, he even answered my calls while grocery shopping. It seemed like his experience and relationships with the court really worked in my advantage. I started my case with a public defender I didn't imagine I could afford to hire a private attorney let alone the best rated one I could find in my county, I called anyway and here I am, case closed. Can't thank them enough
