Our family purchased the first class property in Three Tree Point Washington. Doug Moreland was our family attorney for years when Guy Senior passed away in 2003 Moreland lost all records including prenuptial agreements, family trust, and Will. He simultaneously secretly worked with other predatory neighbors and attempted to steal government Deeded land that was owned fee, simple by our family. We had to re-create everything and he had a conflict of interest as he was trying to steal tideland no conveyance was given, and their scheme fell apart. They retaliated with dirty cops and a corrupt city council in Burien, Washington , google King 5 news cabanas to see what they were trying to do

She was very helpful and thorough when we constructed my portion of a prenup then the subsequent reviews. She was able to breakdown all the legal jargon and caught any misleading statements in the documents as well as make it fare for me and even pushed for much more than expected. She really has your well being in mind. She's a woman who understands exactly what is going on and isn't afraid to tell you how it is. I felt like I could really trust her advice. She was able to accommodate last minute appointments and makes you feel welcome. Parking was easy, right out front or across the street in downtown Burien.

I have used Mr. Moreland for over 20 years. He was my parents attorney, in addition I have recommended him to several people who had nothing but positive comments about their experience. I have in the past work with and still do work different attorneys. Doug would be the only one would recommend to anyone and trust that they will be satisfied. Too many times I have had attorneys who were overly anxious to get into court and charge large fees when a couple of letters would have produced better results. I have lost because of something as simple as having documents prepared incorrectly or not processed within the time lines specified by the law. I have never had this happen with Doug Moreland He has not always told me what I wanted to hear, but he has never told me wrong or given me bad advise.
