My family hired David Lowell as an attorney in May of 2016 and by June of 2016 he got us the BEST (no exaggeration) outcome that was possible for the case at hand. We were utterly gobsmacked by his sheer brilliance and wouldn't hesitate to return to him if there's ever a need. He was also very polite, family friendly and very affordable. Honestly days later I am still utterly speechless that he got the job done better than our wildest expectations, especially since the attorney we had prior to hiring David could not do what David did. I had hired Mr. Lowell in March of this year. I waited like he said I should do and it worked out very well. He knows what he is doing and was very helpful in my case.

David Lowell represented me in a legal case in which I was charged with 7 felony counts and was facing up to 7 years in prison. He was able to continue my case for a year, allowing me to take care of some personal matters while he and his associate researched the best course of action. Before the case went to trial, David negotiated with the prosecuting attorney and I received only 90 days in jail alternatives (work release) of which I only had to serve 60 days. Mr. Lowell followed up with me continually, by phone and in person, during and well after to assure my smooth transition. My case was in Island County, although his practice is based in Skagit County. He was considerate and compassionate to take my case. I found him to be professional and prompt.
