Roxy was incredible as my lawyer. The firm in general was just an overall fantastic experience. From my initial phone call to setup a consultation to the end result in court was just seamless and positive. These guys are worth the money! I couldn't be happier how this all worked out. I was desperately in need of a lawyer for a strange case regarding custody of a dog. I called almost every lawyer in Clark county and everyone turned me away because of how strange the case was. Vern and his team were the first lawyers to hear me out and understand how much an animal can mean to someone. When they met with me I felt heard for the first time. They flagged that the lawsuit I was getting sued over had no legal basis, his office was very knowledgeable on the law. The other attorney who took this case to sue me knew he had no legal basis but basically wanted to make a quick penny against a young girl who didn't know any better. Roxy was able to make a settlement agreement for me that saved me thousands of dollars and prevented the case from going to trial. The other attorney who was suing me was a bully and obviously did not care about the law, I felt that Vern and his team really listened to me and made sure I felt heard.

Our experience with the Vern McCRay Law firm and attorney Roxana Manesh was met with professionalism and care. After spending many hours trying to find representation, while so many other firms dismissed us, this law group was up for the challenge and committedd to help with care and compassion which ended in great success. We were able to recive a great settlement outcome that resulted in: dismissal of the other parties case and avoiding the $5k in attorney’s fees we were ordered to pay 1 month prior. We were able to avoid trial, and structured an excellent deal. Avoiding trial was huge, and this law firm stuck to their values and made sure we were represented with the utmost respect and courtesy. This entire case started off with unfair accusations and was completely unjust. We were made to feel incompotent not only by our opponents attorney, but also was exposed to abuse from the judicial system and the judge as well. The Vern Mccray firm and attorney Roxana Manesh stood behind us, stood up for us, and then worked dilligently to defend us. This firms communication level was top notch! They worked on our case and was able to provide us with a super positive outcome. Without them we were already being told we were going to lose and treated poorly. Custody battles and visitation arrangements for children with an addict parent is unbelievably exhausting and stressful. Roxana Manesh, the attorney handling my case in such matters went above and beyond in helping me secure my child’s safety. Ms Manesh covered every angle and presented a case that left no holes and ensured my child’s best interests would be served. A few months ago on a Friday evening of a holiday weekend, I was wrongfully accused and arrested for a domestic violence assault by a jealous girlfriend. My girlfriend lied to the police (who of course believed her), booked me and threw me into the Clark County jail. After spending four horrific nights in jail, I was arraigned, and then listened to the Prosecutor spew a false criminal history to the Judge, at that time I was charged with a felony assault, restraining order, and was ordered to surrender my legally purchased registered firearm. I hired Vern McCray to represent me and it was the best decision that I have ever made. Vern and his associate, Roxana Manesh (Roxy), gave an outstanding trial performance with complete poise and control of the Courtroom from the beginning to end of trial. Their strategy and defense gave me a lot of comfort. Vern and Roxy approached my horrible ordeal with only one thing in mind, they were going to win bring the truth out and vindicate me! I had been offered a very good plea deal by the Prosecutor but I trusted Vern's risk assessment and we took the case to trial. Due to the County's system crash we got the State's electronic evidence late, shortly before trial. I asked Roxy a week before if we were good to go or needed to continue trial and she told me "I'm ready to win this today." Vern & Roxy completely stole the show from the prosecution: taking what the State offered as "evidence of assault" and spun it around to bring out what actually, which in my opinion was a very difficult task. The prosecutor put my jealous girlfriend on the stand. She turned embarrassed and forlorn when she was confronted by Roxy with the different lies she told police that led to my arrest. Vern and Roxy had planned every step of my trial out, and relayed our story to the jury which proved it was actually my girlfriend who was the aggressor. The jury was so convinced of our case, the returned a not guilty verdict in less than an hour! Not only was I proven Not Guilty, and won the case, Vern/Roxy went after and won the SELF-DEFENSE REIMBURSEMENT, which is rarely awarded by juries. Now the State has to reimburse me for all of my legal costs, time lost from work, all fees relative to this case and trial. My nerves were set to ease through Vern and Roxy's representation and outstanding trial performance. I’m so glad I chose the right ones to defend me!

after wrongfully convicted, during my appeal review with different attorney I learned te mistakes McCray made he did not object the prosecutor made an improper claim to which he should have objected but he did,t that helped convince jurors that i was guilty I will never recommend his services. Your better off with public defender, then this Law Firm

As an engaged support person of someone who was wrongfully accused of heinous crimes against his children in addition to a messy dissolution with his wife, I cannot recommend Vern McCray and Roxana Manesh more highly. They minimized the harm done by his wife and her equally vicious attorney when jail time and other severe consequences could have easily been an outcome. I have learned that the concept “innocent before proven guilty” has no validity when it comes to our legal system, which makes it imperative to have support from attorneys who have your best interest in mind. They are truly driven by their passion for the client and for what they believe is right. Do not plan on going to them if you are hoping for unethical behavior to be brushed under the rug, however if you are innocent and in need of legal counsel, they are an invaluable asset. Roxana went out of her way to study on topics such as polygraph testing, parental alienation and implanted memories. These efforts in addition to their combined legal knowledge make them a force with which to be reckoned. I have admired her likeness to Camille Vasquez, as Roxana and Camille share the same vivaciousness and bravery in the courtroom.

Well, if you are looking for family law, THIS is the firm you need to hire to represent you. I have been seeing Vern for the past 3 years for a complicated case involving deceit and conspiracy against me. I can't say enough good things about this firm. They are compassionate and caring, fair, competent, knowledgeable and diligent, thorough, thoughtful, and have an eye for pinpointing the flaws in a case. They use their knowledge, experience and wits to prove you are the good person that you deserve to be called. Highly recommended.

Terrible attorney with no empathy. He showed up on zoom for the first hearing and barely uttered a word. He promised a motion to dismiss as my child has been taken without justification. Over a month later I fired him and he never handed over the motion. His boss refused to help me. $5000 paid by a single mother down the drain. Worthless. I was blindsided with a protection order, divorce papers, and accused of allegations of both physical and sexual abuse. I began calling attorneys seeking help.
