The staff at this office is top notch! Crystal Bailey was amazing! She went above and beyond to help my husband get his claim taken care of properly. They were always friendly, HONEST, and prompt. I highly recommend this firm if you find yourself involved in a workplace injury and dealing with labor and industries.

Basically paid 75$ to get talked out of doing anything because in reality there was nothing I could do... I'm sure they knew that and was just looking for an easy payday.... Just goes to show the sad state of the system... Especially for a male..... If you are a guy that wants custody of your child. Either give up or find an attorney that actually wants to try for you.....

Had a 2:30 appointment with Jake. I arrived at 2:27 but Jake didn't show up until 2:40. He wasted 10 minutes of my 1/2 hour consultation. He didn't offer an apology or a discount on his $75 fee. Clearly he values his time but has no regard for mine. I have spent thousands of dollars with this firm in the past and always had good service from Chuck Althauser. Chuck is retired but the firm still uses his name. What a disgrace to Chuck's legacy.
