Jeremy Burke is an excellent attorney. I was dealing with a driving while suspended in the second degree. I was wrongfully suspended due to clerical errors. After interviewing another highly rated attorney who said that my case was nearly impossible to win, I spoke with Jeremy, and he saw the merits of my case. Jeremy was very professional and jumped through every hoop that the prosecuting attorney put in front of us. In the end, I ended up receiving a traffic citation, which I probably deserved in the first place. Five out of five stars for Jeremy and his office staff. I don’t plan on needing his help in the future but I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for someone who will work hard and really listen to you and go through the details at your consultation.

Hands down one of the best in the valley. Took a case in which the state was banking on me sticking with court appointed attorney and picked it apart from the beginning. Had prosecutor admit a search warrant by a local judge was invalid and should not have been issued. Negotiated a fairly favorable outcome for myself in which felonies where greatly reduced too misdemeanors. I have no doubt if I wanted to go further in the case he could have potentially got them reduced further, but I was ready to get it done.
