John did not pump me full of false optimism in discussing my case and the likely outcome. At the same time, he encouraged me to be patient and not to lose hope that I might receive a better-than-expected result. John never stopped pursuing all avenues for the best possible outcome. He's a winner and we are both happy with the result of my case.

John and his team are hardworking, and professional. He was able to get my DUI dropped completely. The attention to details is the best. I am not local, I received my infraction while traveling, I did not have to appear in person and had options to be present remotely. John is definitely who you want to represent you in stressful times.

Mr. Brangwin came highly recommended by multiple colleagues of mine when I faced criminal charges for the first time in my life. From the initial consultation, John was honest and forthcoming about the outlook of my case (I was fit into his schedule just a couple days after being charged; on the week of Christmas too!). He ended up discovering falsified information on the police report, which ended in both my charges being dismissed. Mr. Brangwin is a strait shooter, a real no-bull kind of attorney. If you’re looking for someone to smooth talk you through a case and give you a line of bull to get hired, then this isn’t your guy. if you want someone to get results without the smoke show this is who you need to hire. I was charged with a 2nd degree driving while license suspended and I’ll admit after hiring John I was concerned that he wasn’t invested in my case because of the lack of feedback, strictly e-mail responses I’d get between arraignment and subsequent court dates, and often not being sure whether or not I had in person or zoom court or if I had to show up at all until last min. In hindsight, there wasn’t anything to be updated on and most of my concern was fueled by normal stresses expected / inexperience with being in my situation. However, a call would’ve been nice. That being said, he handled himself excellently in court and worked out a deal with the prosecutor to reduce my 2nd degree DWLS to a 3rd degree saving me for losing my license which was paramount to saving my job. I hope that my review helps manage your expectations while also cementing the fact that John Brangwin is the lawyer you need to call.

I contacted Mr. Brangwin as soon as I could due to my case. He was able to speak with me that same day, and got hired that same day as well. Mr. Brangwin did a great job during my case, trying to get the best outcome that we possibly could. Mr. Brangwin would respond to any questions I had during the whole process, as well as his assistant, who also helped during the process. Both guided me to the right direction, showing what I needed to do and where I could go to complete the tasks. Mr. Brangwin did the best he could during the DOL hearing. During the whole process of the case, Mr. Brangwin would fight to get the minimum outcome, or to get even less than the minimum outcome. The case may have not gone in our favor, but I really appreciate all that Mr. Brangwin did for me during it. He does an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone in need. He is responsive and straight forward on what will happen next. I felt confident in Mr. Brangwin’s work, and I believe anyone else would as well.

Nothing but commendation for John Brangwin and his team. I was arrested with a DUI and John has been nothing but exceptional throughout the entire experience. His swift and strategic course of action helped reduce my original charge down to a lesser offense and efficiently helped secure a much more tolerable charge of negligent driving. He helped close my case in the span of 1 month after my arrest. I felt like John was truly an advocate for me, his client, while in the courtroom. I am from Louisiana and lived in the Wenatchee Valley back in 2007 and prior years. I was arrested for a DUI and convicted as I served a majority of my probation and paid all restitutions as well as inpatient/outpatient programs. Unfortunately I was forced to leave Wenatchee due to immediate family circumstances. In the past 5 years I have tried to obtain my driver's license but had a flag from WA. I was told there was a warrant for my arrest.
