I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had working with Scott Blair, Adam Urra, and their team. Several years ago, I was rear-ended by a bus and spent many months in recovery and unable to work full-time. I still have lasting effects and lost a job I loved. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!! For anyone who has experienced an accident resulting in any head trauma, even minor, should be consulting with Scott and Adam immediately. They saved my case, and my sanity. Before finding Brain Injury Law, I was constantly haunted by the feeling that I wasn't being effectively represented. I felt that my then representative was missing out on vital testing and treating my case like a side project. I finally got to the point were the stress of not knowing got the better of me. So I started asking around and was eventually referred to Scott, who even in our first conversation, took the time to sit and talk through my case and options with me. It was so refreshing to finally have an expert on my side, who was willing to truly be an advocate. He educated me more in one phone call, then I ever got with my previous representative over the three years they had my case. That’s another thing, Scott was still able to take on my case and add tremendous value and turn it around, even though it was quite advanced. He achieved so much in such a small amount of time, it makes me wonder how different my life would have been had I originally gone to Scott. Most attorneys seem to only care about the financial piece. Don't get me wrong, it's important for an accident victim and their attorney to be compensated, but getting the client back to health is a huge piece of the legal process. My experience in the past with out attorneys was that they left that to the client to figure out. Scott's firm takes a whole different approach, they make it the center piece. They focus most of their efforts on getting you to the right professionals, the right tests, the right treatments, etc. The money piece comes secondary, as it should. I was FINALLY able to get diagnosed correctly, after almost four years of suffering and feeling like I was losing my mind. I've now been on treatment and feeling significantly better and getting back to the things I love. Part of having a brain injury, even a minor one, is you can have some inconvenient side effects, such as mood swings and personality changes. Scott’s firm was amazing at handling these swings and helping me navigate through the process to lessen the stress. They became like a family to me in this process and showed so much patience and grace. I have referred many of my clients and friends to them, with wonderful results. I would not have had the success with my case and obtaining a comprehensive life plan afterwards without their expertise and advocacy. Well. My dealings with Scott Blair and associates and Brain Injury Law were quite extensive. After being in a severe auto crash which I did not cause and being injured in it by two large trucks, who at every turn, their insurance carriers tried to deny their responsibilities and turned what should have been somewhat cut and dry, into a 4.5 year lawsuit that took everything I had to get through it. Luckily for me, after meeting with Scott and his team, and deciding to hire them, at no personal expense, I was able to count on them through all twists, turns and challenges. Not that it was always easy as Scott has different ideas than I do in how things should happen or be dealt with but we always duked it out and came to a meeting of the minds and when he did in fact come to agree with my train of thought he took the time to express that and let me know he heard me. That meant a lot! And I of course did the same when I saw that he knew more about particular nuances of the legal aspects of my case than I did and that he also had experience with others who had been in my position in the past. So suffice to say, if you are in a predicament like I was and suffering from injuries and issues that you did not cause, Brain Injury Law can be a very strong ally and I know they will do everything in their power to help you, from the little details and nuances to the overwhelming issues also.

The process of coming back after an accident is a long road. I am incredibly grateful to have had Adam and Scott to shepherd me through. It is crucial when your team helps you feel grounded. I felt heard and supported start to finish.
