After my accident I looked into some big law groups that advertise a bit for their services. I choose one and they were a bit overloaded and were kind enough to send me to Certa/Farrish. I can’t believe my luck in this happening. Cheryl and her team were kind and caring right from the start and it showed. They were easily accessible and communicative. I didn’t really know the process as I have never been through something like it before and their guidance was not only imperative but calming. First things first Certa Law Group is great very ontop of everything! They were great with communication got back to me right away f I had any questions very easy to get ahold of! Understanding for sure, broke things down for me when I didn’t understand and most certainly took care of me and made time for me especially with working around my work schedule! I was in a car accident and someone had t-boned on my driver side totaled my car. Super sad but she’s back up and running and on the street again after I put it together, sorry besides the point. Anywho! It was my first time dealing with s situation where I was in an accident and injured from it and all. Everything was explained to me very well and walked me through the whole process and of course never having the experience of going through a situation like this I asked tons of questions to understand the ins and outs of it all and they helped me all the way though it and I was more than grateful for all the work and help they put into me and my case. Would highly recommend and would hire them again in a heart beat.
