I was involved in 2 car accidents within a 2 year time period and I used Joe Cunnane for both of my claims. I feel that my settlement was way to low. I don't think that the insurance company was dealt with hard enough. I think they had more say on the outcome than they should have. Settlement scales are only a starting point, not an ending point. My car was totaled and I was hurt in the accident that was not my fault. To this day I still have residual problems.
