My elderly father hired Cassidy to represent him in a motor vehicle accident. She was able to retrieve information from law enforcement prior to our first meeting. Cassidy assisted us with communication and requesting information from a very difficult medical group. She guided us in retrieving information from the medical group. We did not need to communicate with the insurance company so we could concentrate on my dad's healing and recovery from the accident. During the entire time of the case, she consistently called to check in on how my dad was feeling and recovering from the accident. The outcome was much better than either of us expected with all of the medical bills and other expenses being covered. We did not need to set foot in a court room.
