I cannot recommend David Ryder strongly enough. After finding myself in a dreadful situation and in, what to me was, a nightmare lawsuit I met with many attorneys. They were cold, impersonal, judgmental and just plain awful. David was exactly the opposite of all of my other experiences. I felt listened to, cared about and BELIEVED. During a legal process that was very confusing to me I never had to worry because David gave me a strong sense of confidence. He was positive and knowledgeable. He was in my corner fighting hard for me the whole time. Finding an attorney for the first time is a huge challenge - where do you begin? David was highly recomended to me after serious car accident. Looking back being told to hire David was some of the best advice I've ever received period! Not only were my expectations met but they were exceeded. David kept me updated and involved through out my case. He always returned phone calls and often within minutes.

David represented me in last month in my first (and hopefully only) appearance in court; he really took his time to go through and explain everything that was happening, and made me feel comfortable as possible in the courtroom.

Trust. That is the key word I use in hiring an attorney, to protect my livelihood. Mr. Ryder has the innate ability to see the legal matter before him in an objective, and subjective way. He is cognizant of recent rulings, and more important, realistic in his assessment of my probable success in the legal proceeding. I was involved in a personal injury suit about two and a half years ago. I didn't know what I was going to do. I talked to a few people in my circle, and there was one person who was involved in a personal injury case and suggested that I give David Ryder a call. I was nervous, like most people, especially when it comes to lawyers. I remember my first meeting with him, because he came to meet me, which I thought was really cool. At the end of our first meeting I remember him saying to me that he doesn't usually take on my type of case but he saw something in it and took my case. Throughout the entire process David was honest, professional, kept me informed and updated me in a timely manner on the progress of my case. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my case and would recommend him.

After getting pulled over in Edmonds for smoking marijuana and driving, I gave David a call. Not truly knowing the ins and outs of the legality after I-502 I really did not know what I was up against. Having a knowledgeable, trustworthy, experienced lawyer made all the difference. Being 18 at the time i thought that the worst was coming my way, with a THC content of 28 ng/l I was almost 6 times the legal limit. I got pulled over in march 2013 just a little bit after the new laws went into effect. He got me a deal with the city of Edmonds that if i do not violate my probation i can get out of this with a minor dui (glorified MIP) no sr22 insurance! He got me a grand slam of a deal. As more and more people get pulled over for green DUI's the laws will be even more refined, my advice; have David Ryder represent you in the courtroom and you will not be disappointed. The biggest thing that stood out to me was that at the end of our case we entered the deal, and after we got out of the courtroom he said if i ever have any temptations to smoke or drink give him a call day or night for some reassurance. That showed me how much he actually cared about representing me as a person and supporting me being sober. Reasonably priced, great legal skills, experienced, great communication and overall a great person; if i ever have a run in with the law again i will most definitely have David represent me.

It was my experience, on two separate occasions, that Mr. Ryder is a competent, professional, timely, and trustworthy attorney. If I ever need a lawyer again, and nothing personal I hope I don’t, David would be the first one I would call and utilize without hesitation. Thanks for what you have done, David.

Mr. Ryder handled my DUI case and got it reduced to negligent driving. He gave excellent advice and was always very easy to ahold of. I could pick up the phone and give him a call any day of the week and talk to him right then or he'd call me back later that day. He was straight up with me with everything and was very to the point. Also he kept me informed whenever he received any new information about the case, as well as extremely knowledgeable in his field. He is trustworthy and takes client confidentiality very seriously.
