Lisa, as always provides the best service, One of the main reasons I refer her to people I meet. She is efficient and her staff helps her when we all make that mistake behind the wheel.

I hired Lisa to take care of a citation I got in Tukwila. She was able to dismiss it which was surprising since it was six months prior. Furthermore, whenever I had a question I always got a quick reply from Lisa and Lynn her assistant. The customer service from the two of them was outstanding and professional. I felt welcomed and confident toward the outcome. Lisa and Lynn were both friendly and successful. I will ask for them again if anything else happens.

My appreciation for Lisa goes beyond words! I hired her to fight two traffic tickets for which I was not at fault. I provided all the information on phone and email and didn't have to drive to meet her in-person. After that, she took over and represented me in the court and got the tickets dismissed in less than a month. All this happened while I was going through a tough time so it was very important for me to get them dismissed. I would highly recommend Lisa.

After recieving two back-to-back tickets (within 10 minutes of each other), Lisa helped me get both of these tickets dismissed. After a few brief questions, Lisa then only sent me updates, culminating in a congratulatory letter in the mail stating the positive outcome. I have nothing but positive vibes to send your way. I've used Lisa twice now and I couldn't be happier. She not only got both of my infractions dismissed, she also has great communication skills and is very personable. The first time I hired Lisa was to fight a speeding ticket. I was unfamiliar with the process and she (and her assistant) took the time to explain everything to me. When I called to check in she immediately knew about my case and was able to update me without even having to look up my file. It made me feel like I wasn't just a number. She definitely is passionate and great at what she does. I cannot say enough good things about Lisa and her assistant, Mari. You can't go wrong with hiring her.

Although I haven't had much experience with other law firms, Donaldson and Knigge were fast and absolutely on top of things. I received a speeding ticket recently and decided that the cost of hiring them was less than the cost of my insurance increase and the ticket payoff. After filling out a simple form I was contacted via phone after the date of the hearing (which I didn't even need to attend) to be told that the case was dismissed. I even received an email afterwards with the same info for my records. I appreciated their handling, and the courtesy I was offered with the phone call. In the future I'll be a returning customer.

First time I have ever contested a citation and was fortunate to find Lisa Donaldson. From the first call to her office, the receptionist was very knowledgeable and gave me the confidence to go ahead with the proceeding. She never gave me false hope either as she listed the different scenarios and although there were no guarantees the case would have a positive outcome, she did seem committed to my case and this alone was assuring enough.
