Unfortunately I have had to interact with a few different lawyers in the past decade, but fortunately for the last legal dispute, I had Mr. Luke. Dealing with him is very, very different than other attorneys. In other words, he will give you the best advice for you, and for you to be in the best situation possible. As opposed to others who will give you best case scenario/potential advice, in order to have you pursue more and rack up the fees. Mr. Luke has exceptional communication and was very prompt throughout the process. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Incredibly unhelpful and unwilling to take on my case. John was condescending over the phone and unwilling to work with me. Do not recommend.

Kim Olsen was incredibly helpful to me during my lawsuit. She gave me counsel every step of the way, and was there to answer all my questions. She was reasonably priced to begin with, and was very kind when it came to not charging me for every little thing. Hope I never have to go through a similar experience, but if I do I would most certainly use this firm again, no doubt.

As a naive first time home buyer, Jonathan Luke and associates really saved me when my realtor (Troy Anderson Group) and Chicago Title betrayed my trust on a house they had two buyers double booked for. Even though I had to ship out to sea, Jonathan Luke really saved me and took the time to make sure Keller Williams didn't get away with theft. In the current real estate market where realtors seem to have little regard for the hopes of young families vice making a sale, it is a relief to know there are people with integrity fighting for justice and not looking to overcharge inexperienced home buyers. I can't express my gratitude enough for the professionalism, guidance, and patience Jonathan provided to me. The people here really care about their clients.

My mom & I hired Jonathan for an eviction from her property. I tried doing it myself but soon found myself lost. From start to finish Jonathan was there! He responded quickly, explained everything in detail & worked on our behalf 100%. He also did everything possible to ensure things were completed as quick as the law would allow. He could have charged us more than he did but he didn't. Thats very rare to hear these days. Needless to say the tenants are gone and my mom has her house back! All thanks to Jonathan Luke!

I am starting a new business and had a lot of questions about a proposed leased. Jonathan reviewed it for me and provided guidance that was very helpful. He was also available for follow up question and was quick to respond to question. I appreciated his help and will contact him for future business needs.

Jonathan stepped in to assist with a dispute over a living situation where the neighbors smoke was coming in to our apartment. He was very prompt in his responses and professional. He was able to negotiate a discount on our rent through our landlord and has provided his legal counsel throughout the month that we have lived here. Jonathan is a great individual, you can tell he cares about the people he helps. I would highly recommend Jonathan.

We filed a small claim against our prior landlord. Jonathan helps us a lot. Though it's small claim, Jonathan still took time explain me over the phone, answer my questions through email and prepare statements for me. During the meeting, he gave us strategies on how to react on the court. I'm really amazed at his knowledge, intelligence, professional and personality. Highly recommended!

Jonathan Luke has been terrific to work with. I’m a frugal person, and hesitant to work with attorneys. I needed help for a property line dispute. A realtor friend recommended Jonathan’s firm. Jonathan totally turned around my reluctance to work with attorneys. He brought the domain expertise that was needed and diffused the emotions around the dispute with his gift for words and calm level head. So, if you ever do need an attorney, I highly recommend Jonathan as a good value professionally, and an excellent human being to work with!

Luke is on my short list. In my case he discussed the best course of action, wrote detailed briefs and argued effectively in court. He is a good litigator, negotiator and advocate. As an ex prosecutor, he handled business and real estate referrals with a high degree of professionalism.

When you feel nearly fully defeated, with all the promises that the media puts out there, low-income, disabled, ethnic diverse, program after program that one should not worry, they will obtain at a minimum, low cost or free legal consult and you spend hour after hour, day after day, week after week, putting your brief story out there seeking one, just one, professional that would hear by what you said you were in dire need for help and all too prevail that there is really no free help for as in myself, a permanently disabled individual. I met with one or two that claimed that they could help, the minute they learned that I didn't have $10,000 sitting in a bank account to pay their "up front" fees, I was not only shown the door of where to exit the establishment's office ... but, I later learned that those same attorney's were giving advice in the media of where someone might consider seeking additional help ... all of course, because it was the media, this meant good publicity for free. But when it came down to actually helping someone, the fee became more important behind closed doors. By fluke, I gave one more shot by reference, from a friend that had experienced a similar nightmare such as mine ... a trusty friend to say the least and I am forever grateful to him for his reference to this amazing establishment with a regard to the humanity of not only their client, but all beings in need. Alas, I have come across an attorney, who is not only honest about his knowledge high or low ... but, puts his best effort to stand by and support you and did not show me his door for asking some exorbitant fee, but more so welcomed me with a total reasonable situation for me to afford his expertise. For that, I am, I remain forever grateful ... for the outcome of my nightmare, is yet to be discovered, I do know however, that my frights have not been without the support and backbone of a more than generous lawyer who has made this nightmare seem a journey not alone. With utmost respect, gratitude and pride ... I thank you, Jonathan Luke.
