In my opinion communication is the biggest issue. When you show up for your court date and your lawyer isn't there it really caused a panic. Speak up and you may find that another lawyer from the office is there on your behalf. We never went anywhere close to trial, but he never refunded my trial fees. I would suggest going to the county website to find lawyers suggested there. My experience was my name was not remembered, I had to push to get work done, I was charged for the investigator without being told. Philip didn't know that I even paid my trial fee up front and it was never refunded even though we got no where close to trial. This really was my worst experience for anyone I have ever hired. I feel he fought harder with me than the prosecution.

So thankful for the fortitude and energy of this law firm. Phillip brought a sense of trust in the conviction of the firms mission and had proven it so. I hit a sign, had a blood test of .2 . He and his team worked to a wreck less charge. There is so much of a testimony on my part to the ethics and effort put forward here.
