I'm a lawyer and I was t-boned by an uninsured driver. I tried to negotiate with my insurance company for 2 years without success. Tort Claim: I emailed Mr Ferguson about a case & he responded immediately, he was courteous & caring & even though he couldn't take my case he went out on a limb to try to find me another attorney who could. Most attorney's of his standing don't usually answer emails or phone calls themselves so if you can get him to take your case then you will be pleasantly surprised. I was & he wasn't even my attorney.
