She helped me with what was, for me, and incredibly difficult custody issue, and she did it while being a real source of comfort, yet keeping things realistic and in perspective, and those are not easy things to balance. I like to file a complaint. While speaking with a receptionist. She claimed you'd only been Open for 15 mins at 8:55pm then told me I can't speak to people like that and she hung up the phone. I'm trying to convey my problems and concerns and only get brushed off and told I'll get a call back. I got a call back and saying I'll like to file a complaint and was told I'm not going to get into this again and was hung up on once again. I was not using foul language and I was trying to be respectful. my worries are being passed over and my request are not being respected prior to the first hearing with Brittany.

I was embarrassed and afraid of filing bankruptcy, but finally called Lauber Law Group. They were kind and helpful and assisted me through the entire process. I am so thankful!

I would recommend Jaclyn Bray of Lauber Law Group to anyone going through the divorce process or wanting to improve their estate planning. Jaclyn represented me in a complicated divorce. She was very communicative, responsive, respectful, and fair through the whole process. She provided sound advice and helped me stay grounded as we worked through my case. She is now helping me with estate planning and has been fantastic on this front as well. She is top notch and would benefit anyone by representing them.

I generally do not write negative reviews, and am never unfair. If you are seeking quality legal representation, steer as clear as you possibly can from this firm. In the five years that I have been "represented" (that's a joke) by Lauber Law Group (FKA Lauber Dancey), I have gone through experiences that are borderline unethical. I will be submitting a complaint to the Bar as well. Here are some my experiences: - I hired Delaina Dancey, a partner, to handle my case. I received ineffective guidance that led to delays in my case, and less than desired outcomes. - After months of delays, I prepared all of my own paperwork, and Ms. Dancey was rude and argumentative with any of my questions or concerns about her approach. When she finally had her "paralegal" (who changed 3x in 1 year) file my case, things moved forward. - Ms. Dancey arrived late and unprepared to all hearings and appearances, and even called my spouse and I by the wrong names. During any disagreements or questions by the opposing party, she was most focused on ease and speed, rather than the best-interest of her clients. - When my orders were finally entered and the case was underway, the firm was paid in full, and future emails and calls went unanswered for weeks. - I had a situation that required an appearance in court, and though she charged me an additional $1,000, Ms. Dancey no-showed the telephone hearing and emailed me hours later to tell me that the hearing was unnecessary. The court had already ruled in my favor (based on the paperwork I submitted on my own). - Months later, I had a change in circumstances that required legal advice. After 5 weeks of emailing and calling, I learned from Ashley Lauber that Ms. Dancey had retired without notice. This is not ethical. I was referred to a "friend" of Ms. Lauber's who... "wasn't my attorney, but would help out." - The substitute attorney managed to file a few forms that, again, were completed 100% by me, and my case went on. - With 6 months remaining in my case, I had another change in circumstances and had no idea how to proceed with my case. I asked my substitute attorney questions, and she voiced concerns that she may not be able to represent me due to potential "conflict." I rephrased the questions as what they were... general policy information questions, on behalf of both of her clients, that we needed answers to on how to proceed. The substitute provided some information that was unclear. - When I asked for clarity, Ms. Lauber abruptly responded to let me know that she and her substitute were withdrawing from my case. If you want your case handled professionally and you are looking for an advocate who will support you and work in your best interest, avoid this firm at all costs!

Made the process of debt negotiation simple and painless.

Jaclyn Bray handled my divorce and was wonderful. She is knowledgeable and was always willing to answer my questions. She made the whole process simple and low stress. Overall Lauber Law Group had excellent customer service and was transparent through the whole process. I highly recommend them.

This Law Office absolutely butched my case. The attorney who represented me was not aggressive enough and didn't seem like she was fighting for me. I do not recommend this law firm for any type of family law. They filed papers incorrectly and sat around waiting for almost 2yrs to confirm a trial date. Do not choose this Law Office.... UPDATE: I actually have paid you a ton to represent my boyfriend - in which you failed miserably.
