Poor parenting plans. Do not follow proper procedure for notice of service which lengthens court processes and cause petitions to need resubmitted. Do not clearly understand jurisdictional issues of restraining vs CPO, do not submit status updates on cases for clients which puts them at risk legally. Do not take complaints of child harm seriously
