John Rosecrans (and his awesome team!) helped me through the most difficult time in my life. To John, it's about doing the right thing and making sure I am supported and properly informed of my options at every turn. My case is complex and messy, but that hasn't deterred John from helping me navigate the often-confusing and stressful process and aftermath of divorce. John, Leanne and Patty have always gone above and beyond, and for that I am forever grateful. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Deeply unprofessional and discriminatory conduct from Theresa Lorella and this firm. Unethical law firm that refuses to provide an itemized receipt. Ms Lorella sold herself as being capable of the most difficult divorce settlements but after 3 months and tens of thousands of dollars later she was incapable of doing even the bare minimum such as get my non marital personal property back. Ms Lorella also engages in bigoted behavior and when her firm disciplined her for the matter she quit the next day in retaliation. If you are a member of any marginalized community you do not want to hire this law firm. I also believe there was a fraudulent use of funds and Ms Lorella’s relationship with opposing counsel was a serious issue. I do not believe she operated in good faith. Must be nice to collect a six figure paycheck off of the dissolution of families.

Although Nathan got me the initial paperwork the amount of money spent was not worth it. He failed to update the judge as required. Failed to submit paperwork I requested him too. Failed to explain billing. Failed to follow the judges order. Always wanted more and more money and accomplished nothing. Then when he wanted an additional 5 to ten thousand dollars and I just paid my rearage and refurbished my escrow he dumped me claiming it was not paid in time. Not true the payment through MI billing recieved the payment the morning of the 30th. Unless you have a fat wallet and can dump tens of thousands on these guys do not use them they are all about money with no results. 20,000 dollars later I get my butt chewed by the judge because Nathan did not do his job then dumped me with nothing to show but a twenty thousand dollar debt. Now I have to redo all of the paperwork myself thanks for nothing Nathan. Over billed with no results.

I hired Roberta in April of 2015, and my divorce was finalized by August of the same year. And I paid less than half of what my ex did for her attorney. Needless to say, I highly recommend her.

A huge thank you to my attorney Hillary and her team. Hillary has been my attorney for my custody case since 2017. Sticking with me threw the battle and coming out successful every time. I’ve done consultations with other attorneys and no one compares to Hillary Roberts. She’s worth every penny. I cannot thank her enough for her patience with me, understanding, kindness, and willingness to explain everything to me step by step. Forever grateful. Thank you Hillary.

Very large ego's in this firm. Roberta & her Sr. Partner Damon Canfield spent a considerable amount of my time & money trying to manage my expectations in a divorce case instead of advocating for me. After taking over $20,000 in legal fees they withdrew representation because they seemingly didn't want to expend the effort preparing for trial. They both struggled mightily dealing with opposing counsel and both specifically told me they did not like dealing with opposing counsel because they viewed her as a weak attorney. I did not have a good experience with Roberta or Damon! I subsequently hired another attorney that had my case settled through mediation within 2 months for 29% less maintenance than Roberta & Damon predicted I would. I reached out to Sr. Partner Damon Canfield for a refund on 1/2 my fees but he chose not to respond.

I wish I could give zero stars. While working with McKinley they filled out my court papers wrong. I was the petitioner and they gave me the respondents middle name. Luckily I noticed that. When I decided to discontinue working with them they said they would refund me my money. That was 4 weeks ago, I have not received a refund and they ignore all emails when I try to ask for help in receiving my refund. I think I need to hire a lawyer to sue them just to get my refund. Why are they ignoring me?

Despite my first impression I attempted to push on with lawyer Amy Carei and Sondra Lee, only to be correct. I gave them a $7,500 retainer that they managed to use the entirety prior to ever going to the first court date only to sent the case to another county without my content. Then sent me a Letter of Withdrawal. I am beyond disappointed in every way. Honestly feel like they took my money and kicked the case. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone.

I can't thank Jennifer Coombs and Régan Bafaro enough for their legal expertise in my divorce. I was caught off guard and their help got me through a tough chapter of my life.
