Brian was incredibly helpful and supportive through the entire auto accident/TBI injury process. He went above and beyond to ensure that I fully understood everything that was happening and provided me with references to continue my care even after our case was settled. My family has used Brian a couple of times. The first time, my brother and I interviewed multiple attorneys to assist in his case. When we met with Brian, we both decided he was the one. He was not judgmental, had ideas that no other attorney proposed. During the case, Brian and his team were very compassionate to the needs of my brother. Communication was frequent and concise. Brian is the best at what he does. His experience and knowledge was evident. We were in an auto accident and experienced true injuries and the opposing side's insurance company refused to pay our medical bills. Brian studied our case, reviewed every detail, thought thoroughly and extensively about how to present our case that was meaningful to us and would also be meaningful to a jury in case we had to go to trial. We had an initial meeting with Brian and although in the time it took to get a resolution on our case we did not have a lot of contact with him, he was working to collect all of the evidence we needed and removed that burden from us.
