Had Issues with a dirt bag slum lord , Daniel got me some respect on the way out the door and more importantly had them shaking in their boots to the degree that they issued me a full refund of deposits PLUS some! lol thanks Dan!

Daniel did a fantastic job for me! I had a judgment against my ex-husband that my other attorney was unable to collect. Daniel grasped the issue immediately and within a week had a response from my ex and within a few months had the wheels turning. I picked up my check for my entire judgment plus interest on Monday. I never had to wait for a response from Daniel. He was always able to respond to my emails within a day. I highly recommend this firm and this attorney in particular.

I hired this firm and lawyer to deal with real estate matter, after taking the trust fund money , lawyer response was none at all, I sent a construction contract to review , no respsonse , basically did nothing a sent me a bill over 500 dollars, I got in all kind of contract issues with contractor because my lawyer was pathetic and didn't give me any recommendation. Why take trust fund and bill agianst it when you don't want to do any thing.

Daniel B Peters is a terrible lawyer! We unfortunately hired him to help in evicting an individual. Daniel’s server was unable to serve our tenant even though we stated up front that she was going to be challenging. It took Daniel over a week to ask what the tenant looked like, what car they had. Even after racking up almost $700 cost in fees for lame attempts at service, we had to settle with mailing the paperwork and forgo a money judgment in the trial! The court papers Daniel filed were full of errors so much so that the first 30 + minutes in court were spent with Daniel poorly attempting to justify why it was ok to not have the address of the property on the court documents!!! Unable to succinctly argue anything else that their lawyer brought up the commissioner forwarded us for trial. We requested Daniel to negotiate the tenant move-out, however that was botched also per the Sheriff. Per the Sheriff, the negotiation should have required the tenant to turn over the keys and not include postponement of the Sheriff’s service. All resulting in an additional 2 weeks of the tenant staying in the place and the entire process more of a nightmare than I ever imagined.

Brandon was very helpful and, above all, patient. He worked with me over several months - much longer than needed and mostly due to the fact that I'm super busy and almost always ignore his email (sorry Brandon ...). Nevertheless, he helped me with my naturalization process without flaw and everything went smoothly.

I hired Brandon Gillin to help me with a potential real estate encroachment issue, as my neighbor was encroaching on our property. The process included Brandon drafting a license agreement, with the intent of me granting a license for the encroachment. The real "win" in the process was how Brandon educated me as to issues and how our joint communication with the neighbor resulted in them changing their practices so they no longer encroached on our property and a license was no longer needed. Furthermore, by how it was handled, the relationship with the neighbor actually improved (is now very good). Due to Brandon's diligence and follow-through, I have protected my property rights and maintained good relationship with the neighbor.
