I sat down to interview for an upcoming divorce. The office had taken my name prior to scheduling. I sat down and explained my side of things, agreed and was told I’d be getting an emailed cost summary and contract. I got an email minutes after leaving saying he had a conflict of interest. Yea I’d say so- he had already spoken with my EX. This behavior in my opinion seems very unethical. I am glad he did not represent me anyways as karma always comes full circle. I’m not even sure if it is ethical for him to counsel my husband given the circumstances.

11 months ago I thought my chances of ever seeing my daughter in the physical again were over. I thought I had no hope. See I had been through family Law Before if you will. Filling a notice to appear without a lawyer, I went after full custody / guardianship over my oldest daughter and I won! However my youngest daughter, who is part of Tulalip's sovereign nation, needed to be saved as well. Being that the jurisdiction was completely different it proved to be nightmare. An absolute nightmare.. The courts there acted as if my petition didn't exist. "COULDNT BE FOUND in oddessey" (their system). ALong the way information... things like declaration of service on the mother just didn't exist... it was almost as if powers that be were truly working against me. I now no differently... regardless My sister and I allocated as much monies as we could... you name it... I sold all I had and borrowed the rest which wasn't even close to what the man's worth. Daniel Elrich and his paralegal Brendan Saved my sanity! They truly gave me piece of mind. We go to trial soon and win or loose I'll have this man and his partners back and will see that they represent me for life. It says he's practiced for 14 years... my spirit tells me you could double that easily. I want to let anyone and everyone know that this man is an amazing choice. I signed up for a consultation and he called me sooner than expected during a very stressful time. The attorney I retained was too busy to call me back and thought I shouldn't be concerned that my husband threatened to kill and to live with him for 30 days after serving divorce docs! Daniel calmed my fears and said I didn't have to take the risk with my life. He wants to protect me but the other attorney said there's a slim possibility my husband would actually kill me. While that may be true statistically, who knows what triggers a person to do such a horrific thing? Divorce? I wonder if he'd feel the same if it was his life he was gambling every day while living in the same home for 30 days?
