Great Law firm and they did a great job.

HIRE THEM!!! There is zero way I could have navigated the ssdi system after my first no. They were so wonderful, kind and knowledgeable!!! I absolutely know I would have not been able to go through everything including and especially going through the magistrate hearing!!!

For anyone who needs a great attorney, stop searching! Dustin Burk is the man. He won my case and cleared my name. Mission accomplished!

I had a great experience working with Eric Bessent at Russell and Hill. It’s been a long process, but he has been there to help and answer any questions along the way with great knowledge of the process. I was fortunate to get a favorable decision, and if I had to do it over, I would choose Russel and Hill again.

If you’re disabled and are trying to get social security, do not do it without an attorney. The people in the social security office are doing everything they can to deny your claim. Trust me….social security is not nice to anyone. Get Russell and Hill in your corner. Never speak to an abjunicator from that office, without your attorney present. They will do everything they can to foul up what you’re saying to them, despite years of medical records being sent to them.

I hired Russell & Hill just over two years ago for an SSDI (Disability) claim. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the processes from the application to the hearing. My attorney explained legal paperwork from their office and the Social Security office in words that I could understand. They were willing to help me fill out said paperwork & answer questions on forms that needed to be returned and filed. When all was said & done with my case, I felt heard, I felt my case was well prepared by my attorney for the hearing. He took the time to explain what would happen during the hearing & depending on the ruling, how we would move forward afterwards. I would strongly recommend this law firm. They are a wonderful team & will do their best for you.
