I am very happy with the work of Brandon Batchelor and his staff – and I would highly recommend them. Because of confidentiality, I cannot share all of my experience, but I am extremely satisfied with my choice of hiring Brandon and Russell & Hill. I suffered a spinal injury in an off-road ATV crash. The protective equipment on my ATV failed due to defective design. Brandon and his team took my case, put together a great team of experts, and were able to get me a big settlement without having to file a lawsuit. I had been hurt in a rear ended car accident and had been dealing with an unmovable insurance company who did nothing but call me a liar for six years until this team got a hold of my case and because of them somebody finally heard me somebody finally believed me and somebody finally fought for me and got this case resolved. Kevyn was an absolute bulldog he believed me he fought for me and I am eternally grateful! Having a lawyer who knows what you are going against & has done so many times before is an experience you need when battling for SSDI. It took 2 visits a year apart until they agreed to take my case, but i am glad they did & glad i went back. There were no surprises. They thought i had a good case & indeed they were right. They answered all my questions & when the case was over it was soon closed. No major complaints from me they were very professional.

If you are having a difficult time with SSI Call Russell and Hill as soon as you can don't wait. We waited almost five years before we called to get help. With that one call, Jaclyn handled all of the paper work, getting medical records and dealing with SS. When Covid came we thought we would be delayed. We actually got a telephone hearing and everything was said and done with that phone call. We received a payment within 10 days of the hearing and now our holidays will be cheery and bright. Russell & Hill did a wonderful job handling my disability case. My attorney, Ms.Jaclyn Gaddy, and her team, are very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and patient. They always responded very quickly and kindly to any questions I had. I'm so glad I didn't try to handle this process on my own. I can't recommend them highly enough. Fantastic job all the way!!

Dustin helped me attain my Certificate of Discharge, which needed to be backdated and was successfully done so! He was prompt and super flexible. Dustin and his team kept me informed during the process and always promptly responded to my questions. Jade was also super helpful and kind!

I needed my rights restored due to some teenage run one with the law. They were able to get right to it and get a complete restoration in pretty reasonable time considering a pretty long shutdown due to covid-19. They were able to accommodate my schedule and get important documents to me quickly and we're professional and courteous. They definitely know what they're doing.

Where do I start? They also do SS Disability, which is what I needed help with and I really wish I had called them from the beginning. Jaclyn Gaddy was just awesome and there for me when I needed her and even made sure I was ok after I won my case. I would use them again and highly recommend others to come here first and you wont need to go anywhere else.

Kevin is an amazing lawyer! He worked so hard for me to include late nights. Family and friends that he was in touch with on my behalf would text me or call me and say oh my God I just heard from him and it’s 9 o’clock at night! For me it’s been a six-year battle before Kevin was put on my case. The way he fought for me the way he represented me was so impressive. For six years I was called a liar by the other side which was devastating for me so when the time came for Kevin to speak on my behalf I finally knew that they could never call me a liar again. Anybody that has him now or in the future will be incredibly lucky because no one will fight harder for them than Kevin!

I was in a bad accident as a third party (passenger of friend) and matt helped me quickly, efficently and greatly, I reccommend anyone having issues with crashes to give a call.
