Said they would help me. NO RESPONSE. I had called for a consultation on an accident that had happened and after speaking to Diana, she did say she would help me if I wanted to continue. Couple days later I called her left a message. And no response. Called again. Left a message and nothing again. Called a total three times. And no response. Terrible service.

Jim and Tammy really took care of me. The whole process was explained. They kept me informed the whole time. I will recommend Russell & Hill to everyone I know.

I had a complicated case that involved 3 car accidents that happened within a year. The first one I was at fault for and because of that, the other two I was involved in made my case very difficult. It was very confusing for all the providers I saw to know which claim to bill because some of my injuries were the same in each claim (those injuries just got worse each accident). In the negotiation process, each insurance company wanted the other insurance company to be accountable for some the injuries I sustained, when really each claim had a part in it. I was restless and irritable from all the “blame game” going on, but in the end Dean made sure that everything was sorted correctly and settled fairly. In conclusion, everything is over and all my claims are closed and I feel good about the outcome of each one. I also had a claim for diminished value of my car (from the third accident), the insurance company didn’t want to consider my car totaled because they thought the repair costs wouldn’t exceed the value of the car, but over the time it was being repaired the mechanics kept finding more damage and in the end my car had over $20,000 worth of repairs so basically I was left with a car that should of been totaled. Dean also made sure that was settled fairly. Overall, I am very happy I hired Dean and have no regrets. If you need help and don’t know where to start, you should give him a call.

A few years back was in a car accident with a commercial vehicle and driver whose vehicle was self-insured. I tried doing all the work myself but kept getting dead ends and delays. My son was in a pretty significant car accident and my sister had recommended me to Dean Swanson. The process of medical treatments, scans, surgery, physical therapy, you name it, Dean was there. He would call or email to see how my son was doing, or answer any questions that we had. I was very impressed by him as a person. He is a straight forward man that I believe always kept my son's best interest at heart. When we met up for finalizing papers and discuss payout (which was highest insurance could go), he explained every detail to my minor son. Dean even offered my son with options for his future and took into consideration every detail that my son wanted explained. Dean recently closed the deal on an insurance claim for an auto accident in which I was involved in 2014. When I first met him I knew within a few minutes that I had found my guy. He is quietly spoken but direct and his demeanor put me at ease immediately. He suggested to me that in order to receive the best possible settlement we should not rush the process and I was in agreement.
