I contacted Jack to ask for help with my Support Modification. After talking through the details and asks of the petition, Jack laid out the process in front of me to make sure I was prepared for all outcomes. The entire team quickly jumped on some immediate needs and scheduling to make sure I had the right support to put my best case in front of the judge. We had several hurdles to deal with as well as an impending trial date, but I felt like the entire team rallied around me to get me prepared. Josh and I worked together over several sessions to create a fair strategy and proactively address the key issues. In what was supposed to be my trial date, Josh quickly jumped on an issue that perhaps the judge had not reviewed key submissions and requested a continuance to make sure everything was considered. That instinct proved to be correct as the judge had not reviewed everything and while that pushed a decision out, it was the right move. I would use Jack, Josh and the entire Berner team in the future.

I used Berner Law Group for my divorce and parenting plan. My wasband was causing all sorts of drama and issues and Berner Law Group handled it all without issue. This was the second time I’ve used Berner’s services for a custody case. Jack and his staff are very straight forward and diligent in maintaining timelines and proper paperwork. Also letting you know what are reasonable expectations for the outcome of your case. He has the best paralegals I’ve ever met! In the courtroom, Jack is a beast. I highly recommend Berner Law Group. During my initial consult Jack explained all the possibilities and probabilities. He was spot on. During my case I dealt with Jacks paralegal Danielle who was very knowledgable and informative. This saved me a lot in fees as her fees are less than lawyer fees. Danielle could answer most of my questions and if there was a question, she would check with Jack. They were always prompt in answering any question I had.
