I decided to reach out to Jack as the agreeable, pro-se divorce I had gone through two years ago suddenly turned ugly. My ex-husband hired an unpleasant attorney to rehash nearly every detail of the divorce. After several hearings, threats, and unnecessary litigation, I was at the end of my rope and reached out to Jack's office for help. Robin and Lori were immediately helpful, kind, and easy to talk to. When there were questions about the documents I submitted to Jack's office, I received a phone call and/or an email right away. Robin knew the right questions to ask to get the most pertinent information in our documents. I was 110% pleased with the effort AND the product their office produced. The end result? Every.Single.Thing my ex-husband petitioned for was denied by the court. Everything. All of it. Additionally, we haven't heard that my ex-husband will be moving forward with any more litigation, leading me to believe that Jack was able to convey the fact that I am done being bullied. I would absolutely recommend Jack and his office. If I need legal assistance again in this matter, Jack's office is the ONLY office I will turn to.

Watching Jack do a deposition is like watching Adele sing a song--a professional who is at the top of their game and always able to exceed your expectations. Disclaimer: I've never said such complimentary things about an attorney before. Heck, I've not written them about anyone. Jack is so remarkably strategic and clever. He is always anticipating the next three steps in the process whenever he answers a question. Jack is now my lawyer for life. Oh, yeah. I'm not related to Jack.

Jack and Robyn have helped me with a child custody case and did an outstanding job. I can not recommend Jack highly enough for the work that he and his team have done for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Berner for your legal services. He was able to get a Domestic Violence charge completely dismissed (Completely false claim... let me tell you...) He was very knowledgeable and proactive when dealing with my case. He instructed me to be proactive with him and complete some classes even before the DA recommended them. I literally got the charged, hired Jack, sat down for my free consult , he was clear of how much it will cost and what I needed to do in order to clear this up. With his positive attitude and quick work he got a full dismissal and a complement from the judge for doing a great job. He was quick to call me back if I had a question, he was on point when checking if I had got my homework done from him. He was quick, professional, reasonably priced, and highly effective. I will certainly use him in the future if I need to.

I was involved in a Divorce Proceeding in Snohomish County that went on for several years. This was primarily because I live in another State and since I didn't know any lawyers in Everett, I made two really bad choices. Once I connected with him and his professional staff they promptly went to work to bring my case to a favorable closure. They made every effort to minimize my expenses and to maximize my results through effective and expeditious actions. Nothing had to be repeated, there was no 'phone tag', the emails were short and stayed on point, our decisions were reached quickly, and then extricated exactly as planned. At the end of each month, Lori promptly submitted a very comprehensive and accurate billing statement. I firmly believe that if I had hired Jack Berner in the first place, my divorce would have been settled years ago, with much less drama and at a much lower expense. Someone else posted on this site saying that Jack's fees were: "...not the least expensive option". Contrarily, it was my experience that Jack's fees were a bargain because he was so effective in the way that he deliberately worked towards getting my case resolved promptly. If I hadn't fired my 'two really bad choices', they would still be fleecing me, and that would've been expensive....

I had to acquire Jack and his staff in a last minute legal situation in regards to custody of my son and the option of relocating. He was too the point and told me how it really was.
