I began working with Michele and her firm when I needed assistance with my divorce. Michele and her team were beyond supportive and helpful. My divorce should have been straightforward but was not. There were assets involved including a vacant piece of property and our family home. Michele was able to find records that my ex-husband refinanced our home for the sole purpose of creating community property. This was of great benefit to me during the divorce process as I was able to receive proceeds from the sale of our home. Frequently, misinformation was shared from my ex-husband's attorney and Michele was quick to refute these false statements with clear, concrete and factual documentation. When I went to Michele for help, I was a devastated, broken mess but with her support and guidance, I have regained my life. She provided a safe environment to work through all of the logistical pieces of dividing up my life. Her support, expertise, strength and willingness to dig deeper on issues was amazing. She will advocate for you and provide the support and compassion that you need to get through a very difficult and emotional process. Mr, Moore “Joe” was the third attorney to look over our case and take it but the first two backed out. I have been extremely fortunate to have worked with both Rodi and Michele. These two women guided me through a very difficult time in my life - the end of my 40+ years of marriage. Even though there were no young children involved, there was definitely a family dynamic that included two older children and a lifetime of assets. Very honest

I had water damage in my multifamily unit where the insurance company ignored my claim and not responding to me all. I spent a lot of time trying to resolve my claim but the insurance company was not cooperating and I decided to hire an attorney. I talked to multiple attorneys but when I meet Joe, I knew I found a good attorney. Joe knows the ins and outs of insurance laws and handled my case with professionalism. Not only Joe was able to get me more than twice what I was expecting, he got the insurance company pay for the 1/3 of attorney cost and filing fees. If you are looking for aggressive, smart insurance attorney, he is right person.

Joseph Moore was my attorney in an ongoing case that lasted 4 years. The process itself wasn't easy but having Joseph to represent me made it as painless as it could be.
