Ken helped me get through one of the most stressful times in my life. My employer informed me my wages were going to be garnished over 60 percent of my paycheck. My wife and I had a real mess on our hands in 2008 when the recession hit and our development real estate loans were all called. Not sure how to describe what I was going thru, everything seemed to be falling apart at the same time, I had a short sale that was not going well and another property I was living in. After turning to Ken for help, I was able to keep the house I was living in and continue the short sale, although the sale feel thru in the end, he had included it in the Bankruptcy so I was off the hook for both the first and the huge second mortgage. Once that debt was gone I was able to get a loan modification on my primary residence and with my huge personal debt load and one house gone I have been able to move forward with my life in a positive way and without any debt other than my mortgage. He walked me thru the whole process and I provided him with everything I was asked for so as not to delay anything.
