I began working with Michele and her firm when I needed assistance with my divorce. Michele and her team were beyond supportive and helpful. My divorce should have been straightforward but was not. There were assets involved including a vacant piece of property and our family home. Michele was able to find records that my ex-husband refinanced our home for the sole purpose of creating community property. This was of great benefit to me during the divorce process as I was able to receive proceeds from the sale of our home. Frequently, misinformation was shared from my ex-husband's attorney and Michele was quick to refute these false statements with clear, concrete and factual documentation. When I went to Michele for help, I was a devastated, broken mess but with her support and guidance, I have regained my life. She provided a safe environment to work through all of the logistical pieces of dividing up my life. Her support, expertise, strength and willingness to dig deeper on issues was amazing. She will advocate for you and provide the support and compassion that you need to get through a very difficult and emotional process. I have been extremely fortunate to have worked with both Rodi and Michele. These two women guided me through a very difficult time in my life - the end of my 40+ years of marriage. Even though there were no young children involved, there was definitely a family dynamic that included two older children and a lifetime of assets. My initial hope was that the Collaborative Divorce process would be the best choice for a dignified resolution without the trauma of litigation. This decision brought me to Michele, who absolutely shines in this area. Her expertise and honest desire to make this process work helped me through a very nerve-wracking time; she kept me focused on what was important and made sure my questions were answered when things got confusing or upsetting. I had a friend as well as an excellent attorney. Collaborative divorce works if both sides are equally interested in being honest and above-board. Unfortunately, this was not the case for my ex-husband and his attorney. They failed to make the collaborative process a success and it became obvious that preparing for litigation was our only choice. At this point Rodi became involved and I had another advocate. Rodi is a gem. She quickly brought herself up to speed on the intricacies of my case, and her knowledge of the court system and her thoughts on the path we should take made me feel instantly at ease; I knew I could trust her completely. My divorce was lengthy and without Rodi's calm, confident, determined and professional conduct throughout I would have been a basket case. She and her paralegal, Barb, make an excellent team. Barb went above and beyond to answer my questions and keep me informed every step of the way. I am happy to say Rodi was successful in bringing us to the mediation process and a very satisfactory result, thus avoiding a battle in court. I attribute this success to Rodi's extreme diligence in procuring the best possible outcome for an ugly situation. I will always be grateful to her. Very honest

I recommend Michele and her staff for anyone who wants a good result during a bad time. It was never an easy process, but Michele and her staff made it tolerable with their knowledge and effectiveness. The only drawback was that I spoke to her paralegal a lot of the time, but I ended up saving some money and now I realize I just needed life advice most of those times.

It's tough going through a divorce and trying to find a Lawyer in the sea of plenty can be equally frustrating finding some one you can trust and that really listens. Michele and her paralegal Sarah are awesome . My case was more than difficult and required a lot of attention and they did not back down from the fight. With all the twists and turns they were by my side . Helping me make difficult decisions while keeping evreything in perspective. I couldn't have made a better choice, and highly recommend their services.

Michele O'Loane provided and is still providing me with excellent efficient service throughout the course of my rather lengthy divorce. we pretty much wrote our own ticket and I am very satisfied with the outcome.
