Daniel & Brendan are a phenomenal team. Daniel helped me on a flat fee-per-service basis & was an incredible source of help when I needed it. There are not enough words to express the gratitude we have towards Daniel and his paralegal Brendan. They are professional, Helpful, kind and have the most empathy. They are patient. As my boyfriend took on a huge court battle for his kids these last 16 months… it’s been non stop phone call after phone call, email after email, court after court they have never failed to impress us with the attentiveness and caring ways and beyond helpful. I sat down to interview for an upcoming divorce. The office had taken my name prior to scheduling. I sat down and explained my side of things, agreed and was told I’d be getting an emailed cost summary and contract. I got an email minutes after leaving saying he had a conflict of interest. Yea I’d say so- he had already spoken with my EX. This behavior in my opinion seems very unethical. I am glad he did not represent me anyways as karma always comes full circle. I’m not even sure if it is ethical for him to counsel my husband given the circumstances.
