Patrick Songy was nothing short of excellent. He consistently provided me with updates, he was always reachable, and most importantly I felt like I was in good hands. I wish to extend my gratitude to Joel Nichols and his staff at Deno Millikan Law Firm. I have never been one to fill out surveys or offer referrals, even though I have run across many individuals deserving of my gratitude and thanks. But, I feel compelled to give a testimonial of Joel Nichols, my attorney because I am sure there are many of you out there that do not know where to turn when a life changing episode happens unexpectedly and has the ability to debilitate your mental and physical being. My case was very complicated, so it was very difficult to find an attorney who wanted to take on "the big giant" with deep pockets to fight it through the courts. I was referred to Joel and he spent hours with me understanding this case could and would be complicated, explaining the process and the endurance needed, not sugar coating anything. The structure of this corporation and the intricacies involved in this case should have been overwhelming for anyone to comprehend, but Joel spent hours of time reviewing hundreds if not thousands of documents and did his magic. This is a case that could have been monetarily....mentally and physically consuming, but not once did Joel forget who I was and how I was, always keeping me in the loop, but more important that he believed in my case, and was fighting for justice for me. The plight of this case was tough on me, and at times I just wanted to give up, but Joel was always by my side, standing tight teaching me to respect that justice would prevail and to stay strong. I thank Joel for his perseverance, integrity and patience but most of all the passion he has for his clients that is unmeasurable, it is who he is!
