This attorney is about money, first and foremost. He is greedy, lies, and is a hypocrite. He used my money for his own personal matters and led me to believe that I owed him money. I did eventually get my 20 thousand dollars that he misappropriated, but only after I found out he had been doing thesame thing to other people as well. Watch out!!! He is very charming, and will pretend to be your friend, whilst taking advantage of you behind your back.

Mr. Wakefield is an attentive, compassionate but straightforward on what may happen. Whenever I had a question he returned my calls in a timely manner. I highly recommend this firm for all legal matters.

I was looking at the maximum conviction DUI charge. My bail was set high and I had some serious prior charges. Mr. Wakefield told me I was considered a “Big Fish”. I hated to hear that. That was a long time ago and I’m not that person anymore. I didn’t like Phil Wakefield but I hired him. I told him there’s something wrong with this case and there’s something to find. Arresting officer said one thing but wrote down another. Mr. Wakefield, Mr Lawrence and Miss Logutina went to work. Yuliya kept me informed but I was a mess. I didn’t want to deal with all of this again! The pain continued for months. Unhealthy stress. Until that day I received a phone call from Phil saying there’s been some findings and your case is DISMISSED!! Unbelievable….. I love them all and will pay them!!

Mr. Wakefield went above and beyond to treat me like family. I was scared, nervous, and had the worst anxiety in my life. I'm sure no one out there likes to be in trouble with the law. I had just moved to Washington and made a bad decision that could have endangered myself and possibly others. The process was difficult and new to me so the sleepless nights turned in to comfort after my first consultation with Phillip. He was sincerely empathic to my situation and really wanted to help. His "Respect" in the Court room was admired not only by the Judges and fellow Attorneys but by all bystanders. I felt protected. I was given a second chance thanks to Philip Wakefield. I still till this day consider him my friend. It was important to Phillip to actually spend the time to get to know me and he told me all about himself. In my opinion I felt like I was worked more than my case. The excitement of having a lawyer I saw on TV my whole life is definitely gone. I felt there was really poor communication. Two quick examples. Court date through zoom. I don't see my lawyer. Some other lawyer seems to be talking about me so I spoke up and found that this stranger was my representation. Second was an interview with a private investigator then told days later that I had to pay for it on top of what I already paid. I am sure there are better lawyers out there. I have never had someone talk down to me so much that I hired.

I had great representation and these lawyers here communicated with me in timely fashion. Never was I lefty in the dark. I liked how they negotiated the fee using my discretion. I enjoyed their mellow presence and sense of humor. Done in a timely manner as well.

Was in a very bad car accident with my pregnant sister. Mr. Wakefield dealt with the insurance companies, who were harassing us in a way I've never experienced. Once the case was resolved, my sister and I received adequate treatment and were very glad to have worked with him. Will keep his card handy for recommending to loved ones.
