Scott was awesome! I came to him with a lot that needed to be done and he took it on without hesitation. I was impressed with his professionalism during the process. There were times that he spoke with confidence that made me feel like I made the right decision. I was very comfortable with all that was done and ended on a very positive note! This is not an easy thing to go through but he definitely made it manageable. 100% recommend!

My husband and I had the good fortune to find Mr. Burkhalter after a very negative experience with another attorney which left us hanging as we prepared to go into a parenting plan mediation. He stepped in and helped us navigate a very difficult situation with a positive outcome. He has since helped us with several other legal matters including a child support adjustment, a prenuptial agreement, another mediation and an arbitration. All these matters were handled professionally and Mr. Burkhalter always listened to our concerns. He is very experienced in his field. He knows most of the family law judges, mediators/arbitrators and other attorneys so he can give you better guidance in a field of law that is not always black and white. Mr. Burkhalter has been invaluable to us and we would highly recommend him.

Rip off. Also he doesnt follow through on the stuff. He never gets stuff done and when you call him to motivate him he charges you more money. He didnt finish 401k paperwork to devide. Now i must find someone else or try to do it myself. Either way i still payed him 10 grand just to get a devorice between the friendly ex and i. Ex wife was his client alyssa phillips/storm.
