I hired Mr Weinzierl for help with long term payment issues and child support for my son about to go to college. I am nearly 10 years post divorce with an abuser who will not stop for nothing. Rob is really calming when the ex triggers the PTSD. He knows things are upsetting but he guides with what feels like a bit of love and logic. If you have ever dealt with a truly pathological person you know how crazy they can make a legal case. There is almost nobody who understands the abuse dynamics in family law. I am proclaiming this loudly- Rob Gets It!! My case isn’t done yet but I am so happy Rob has not given up fighting for what’s right. I can’t recommend him highly enough!!

I hired him in 2015 for my divorce. I was anxious about the outcome of it but he it went smoothly and was not charged expensively. He was honest and will work with you. The first lawyer that changed my thinking about lawyers.

In 2009 I had lost my gun rights due to a class C felony charge. In 2014, I was eligible to begin the restoration process. I contacted Mr. Weinzierl after being referred to him by a friend. He took my case on without any hesitation and began the filing process the same week. He would meet with me before each hearing and brief me on the direction that it could go, so that I knew what to expect. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was impressed with how much of a priority he made me feel; the entire process took less than 3 months. My gun rights were restored and I could not have been anymore pleased with the professionalism and timely manner in which Mr. Weinzierl handled my case. He's a real class act and it was a pleasure to work with him. I would refer him a million times over.

It was overwhelming trying to find a lawyer that was going to take the time and really listen to the details and angles of my case. Luckily I was able to find Robert Weinzierl, and although somewhat new into practice, he was/is very knowledgeable and personable. Robert quickly analyzed the case and came up with a plan of action and he communicated that plan of action at every step of my case. He explained all my options clearly and was NEVER arrogant in nature. A quality my last lawyer, who didn’t listen to me and dropped the ball on several occasions in court, could use a lesson in! Mr. Weinzierl is proffessional, and courteous . We turned to him for real estate advice when our landlord lost the home we were renting and found out what we needed to know to protect our rights as tenants. He got back to us the same day and helped us negotiate with the new owners of the home. Because of him we were able to stay in our home at the current rate we were paying and were not taken advantage of by the new owners. He is an upstanding gentleman that helped us in our hour of need. We have referred many of our friends to him, and will continue to do so in the future.
