We have consulted with Rob on several occasions to ensure our position was correct and legal. We have also had him draft forms for our rentals. Each time he has been great to deal with. His responses are always spot on and handled in a timely fashion.

Not ever having the training needed to be a successful landlord, I took it upon myself to handle the paperwork on my own. I mean how hard could it be, just fill out the papers and everything would work out fine. Not true!
I rented to a co-worker and his family, who took advantage of my ignorance and proceeded to destroy my property, not to mention not paying rent.
With the rental papers not completed, not to mention incorrectly filled out, I entered Rob’s office with head held low and feeling defeated. Rob and his assistant went through the mess and went straight to work. When all was said and done, he successfully evicted my renters. It was a miracle to me, but, to Rob, it was just another day at the office. Most importantly, he answered my questions, reassured me that he was ready for whatever came our way and put up with my constant office visits.
I was talking with a co-worker, and we were discussing renter nightmares. We started comparing notes about our attorneys and how happy we were to have found them. It was not until we started talking about how reasonably priced our attorneys are, that we discovered that we were talking about the same attorney, Rob Trickler.
The renters have gone from my house, but they are still causing issues. I feel blessed that I have found an attorney that will not drop you as soon as the eviction is completed, but will be in the fight for the long haul.
Thank you, Rob. I appreciate all that you have done more than you will ever know.

I have used Rob Trickler for my evictions for years. He has never lost a case not only have I received excellent service, he has always been available to talk to me if I have questions or a problem. He is very involved with the State Legislature and not only knows what is going on in Olympia, but writes Bills for us Landlords and passes that information on to his clients. I really appreciate what he does for me and all Landlords!!

I would give All County Evictions a mixed grade for how our recent eviction was handled. This was our first experience of going through the process, and we really didn't know what we should expect in this stressful situation.
In terms of getting the eviction done, we would give them an A. We started the process on March 2nd and the Sherriff posted the eviction notice on April 3rd. The tenants moved out shortly thereafter.
What All County Evictions really did poorly however, receiving an F, was communications. As this was our first eviction, we were not sure what to expect or the usual timeline, so we had lots of questions. We felt they resented having to explain the procedure to us and were very short and/or curt on the phone when we called. It seemed as if we were inconveniencing them for asking questions. For example, when we called to ask if a step in the procedure was complete, we were told, "We said we would call you when it was done." It was well past the time they said this step would be done, but had not received any call, nonetheless, we felt the response was rude and unprofessional. Our other tenants told us when papers were served to the family we were evicting 2-4 days before the attorney's office called and told us.
If we ever have to go through an eviction again we may use All County Evictions since now we know the procedure. Basically, if all you want to know is when an eviction is over, All County Evictions will be helpful, but if you want to learn the process and be kept informed of what is going on, then you may want to look elsewhere. Overall, we give them C+. They got the job done, but are really lacking in communications skills.

Rob Trickler and his office staff were great at handling my eviction for me! They turned an awful, expensive experience with a very aggressive tenant into a win-win victory! Rob was a delight to watch defend me in court and we left victorious and with a judgement! His pleasant staff kept me informed throughout the entire process and I felt the fees were more than reasonable. I will use Rob for every tenant-landlord issue I have in the future. Thanks Rob!
