In Ms. Turner’s decision, she told us we were within our legal rights to do what we did, but we shouldn’t have done it. Ms. Turner’s job is to interpret the law, not play God. She is wrong to apply her own personal moral judgement, to actions that we legally were allowed to take. Additionally, she clearly lacks the business acumen and to understand how banks work, and she ordered us to make changes to our accounts that banks would not support and therefore we could not do, leading to further attorney involvement. We lost hundreds of thousands of dollars because of her poor judgement.

I was relieved to see that Elizabeth was able to reach an agreement with my former wife in my Dissolution/ Child Custody case prior to trial. She was well prepared and represented my best interest , and did not back down under pressure.
