My wife and I are in the initial stages of building our LifePlan with Rajiv. While this will be an extensive process lasting 9 to 12 months and can be a daunting task, Rajiv's process is so thorough and methodical, it gives us confidence. There are SO many aspects and facets of our lives to cover, decisions to make, plans to develop, it could easily overwhelm. But Rajiv simply takes us through the process, listening at length, learning about us as he tailors his program to work specifically for us. In short, he instills confidence and gently, confidently, leads the way.

Rajiv & his staff are very professional and helpful in all matters you may wish to discuss about your upcoming retirement. Their planning was much more than legal planning, unlike anything that traditional attorney's offer. The advice and direction they give you helps you to focus on everything you need to plan for, such as medical care, housing options, and financial planning, not just the will, medical directives, and financial POA. They also give you meaningful "homework" that gets you motivated to complete your planning process. WefFound this to be valuable and will even be making changes to our first set of documents based on input of the agents present in the family meeting.

Mr. Rajiv Nagaich and his amazingly dedicated staff set into motion immediately and helped us navigate with accuracy and impact, what would have been a crisis for my family. We had received quite a bit of incorrect information, but in a single one-hour meeting with Mr. Nagaich and his staff, we knew we were in proper hands of people who not only knew the law thoroughly, but also valued the importance of family care above everything else. Rajiv Nagaich took considerable time and effort to ensure I understood what I needed to do to set up my life plan, end of life options and final wishes. - Rajiv believes people need to have a plan in place before a crisis occurs. It took a lot of deep thinking and decision making. My children are now well informed, know where my will, financial papers etc. are stored even my final wishes for my funeral to include the service and music! It took considerable effort to provide him all the correct names, phone numbers, email addresses, dates, assets etc. - If you are a responsible person who worked your whole life and want to set a bit of seed money aside for the next generation, and surviving spouse you need to consider this plan. Rajiv is highly ethical, patient, and most knowledgeable, in fact an original trail blazer in the field. - I cannot recommend Rajiv enough. I'm grateful I'll not be a burden on my children and can live Life to the fullest!

We are very pleased with the knowledge, care and professionalism we received from Rajiv and his staff. We are very happy with our plan and with the knowledge that we or our children can return to his office at any time for guidance if necessary. Probably the most impactful part of the step by step process Rajiv led us through was the family meeting we had with our adult children. Rajiv led the meeting which detailed our plan in the event of one of a multiple of life scenarios, and the "kids" were able to ask questions of him and us at the table. Five years later, each one of our children still express how powerful and meaningful that meeting was. Even though they are still young, they want to make a plan for themselves as well.

Having witnessed two close family members live out their lives in very expensive, very poorly managed nursing homes, I wanted to find a different plan for my husband and myself. We are working with Rajiv to map out a plan for healthcare, housing, legal documentation and financial planning. This requires the coordination of many moving parts and I am extremely grateful we have his expertise to rely on, and to guide us.

Rajiv Nagaich is an expert in elder law. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about guiding us thru the process of managing our estate. We now feel very secure in our planning for our future and not being a burden on our family. We especially appreciated being able to involve our children in the process also. I listened to Rajiv on the radio for about 2 years. Then attended one of his free seminars. I had also emailed him for free advice for an elderly neighbor. My opinion of him was that he seemed caring and genuine, so my husband and I hired him to create our legal documents, as well as a lifeplan/roadmap. I found Rajiv to be all I thought he was, plus more. He took the time to get to know us as people. Our hopes and dreams, and our struggles. He talked to us about taking control of our health so we could have a more quality life. Also about realistic planning for where we will live as we age. He went over our finances with us and helped us orient to how we currently stand, and what we should consider doing to protect our assets as we age. He then discussed what legal documents would be appropriate for our situation. In all these categories, he had resources available to refer us to both in our area, and closer to where my husband's daughter lives. He also offered us options other than those he most recommended. He involved us in every aspect of the process. So much of what he said resonated deeply within me. I had some sleepless nights as I contemplated this new way of thinking about how I want to live the rest of my life. Some of it had to do with thinking about family, and mending broken relationships. Or who would I entrust with my health or financial directives? Or who would be my beneficiary(s)? As well as the fact that I am not happy in my current job, but at almost 60, what to do about it? Rajiv kindly and compassionately discussed these issues with me and provided some facts and real options. Above all, I never felt like Rajiv was just doing his job. I believe he truly cares about me and my husband living our best lives now, and as we age. And that as we age and face the need for others to make our care decisions, we will have the documents in place, and will have had the conversations we needed to get the care we hoped for. And last, when we pass from this life, we will have already taken the steps to ensure family has the tools to wrap up our estate. I can't recommend Rajiv highly enough. He is a special human being, and I'm so happy I took this journey with him.
