My case manager was Kimberly. Exceptional service ! Initially came seeking out my options. I was surprised because up until PARK most law offices were getting back to 2 days away after a referral call. Almost gave in. Having to explain my case to so many lawyers just for them to turn me away in distaste. Not only was Kimberly and her team extremely patient & empathetic to my case and conditions. Very soon, I found myself able to be at ease. I felt like they were really in my corner. I soon saw the compassion through the due diligence of their work ! Constantly keeping me in the loop. 3 years ago I had a terrible accident, I had no idea what to do insurance was no help and not communicating. Rob stepped in got me the the doctors I needed was communicating with me every step of the way and got me way more money for my settlement! I will always go to him and refer anyone I know!

From the first visit with Lola at PCA, she was very thorough with explaining what to expect if I decided to go with her firm. Throughout the entire process she kept me informed on each step and anytime I had questions she responses were timely. Although it took a year for my claim to settle I knew what was going on and felt the settlement was fair. I would highly recommend PCA to handle your personal injury case.
