Unfortunately last April my car was totaled when struck by a stolen vehicle. The insurance company presided to bury us in paperwork. Couldn’t understand half of it. I discovered Dave while seeking out a lawyer on another matter. Even though he didn't handle what I needed at the time, he took his time on the phone to assist me in finding the right attorney. He told me to call him if I ever had an accident. I did have an accident, and he was my first and only choice. Dave handled my case with competence, integrity and compassion. While he worked diligently to get me a great settlement, he was mainly concerned with my recovery from my injuries. He came across as someone who really cares about his clients. I am so happy with the settlement David Ranz got me. It was more than I expected. He made the insurance co. understand the pain and suffering I endured and got me the top pay out. After they kept low-balling me he kept at it after several offers we got the top settlement without going to court. He really worked hard in negotiations and it showed with my settlement.
