I have hired this guy in the past and he has beaten or had my charges reduced several times. He also helped me with my bankruptcy.

Although at times it was a little hard to get ahold of him, and I had to constantly bug him about getting back to me on several different things, he did everything he said he was going to do in the beginning, without fail. He showed up to every court date, made it to every inmate meeting, and even meetings with prosecuting attorneys, etc. Very impressed with his work, he without a doubt, predicted how this case would turn out from the start, and did nothing but prove himself right. Very much appreciated!

I recently found myself as the defendant in a lawsuit involving the horse racing industry. I was being sued as a result of an incident with a horse which I trained. Realizing I was in need of a lawyer, I contacted some friends and was referred to Mr. Gavin Simkins. During my initial contact with Mr. Simkins, we reviewed the case and he gave me an estimate of what his legal fees would be. Mr. Simkins was able to get the lawsuit handled by an arbitrator. During this process it was evident that Mr. Simkins had done his homework because he showed excellent knowledge of the rules and laws involving the horse racing industry and laws regarding animals and livestock. At its conclusion the lawsuit resulted in a dismissal of all charges. When I received the final bill for Mr. Simkins’ services it was significantly less than his original estimate. I was very satisfied with his performance and would definitely recommend him to my friends.
