We were referred to Ms. Clowers and team in October 2020 to seek representation for my Down's Syndrome brother who was punched several times in the face (broke his eye socket) and abdomen by his care giver. We have pictures, police reports, and his caseworker escalated the case to the state. The paralegal, Mr. Lopez finally got back with us in Dec. and after we sent all paperwork, we were told they would take the case and would be sending the papers for us to sign. As of today, March 3, 2021, we have had to continually reach out to see what is going on, are they taking the case or not. After multiple attempts to reach Mr. Lopez, he again said the papers were coming. We even had to contact the referring attorney for help getting Mr. Lopez to call us back! Today, March 3, 2021, we received a call and email from Mr. Lopez that they would not be taking the case and wished us well. Ms. Clowers, attorney, has never contacted us and we are now several months past the incident. Had they been more professional and up front with us, we could have worked with another attorney and not delayed our case if they didn't want to take it on. My only experience with this law firm has been with Mr. Lopez, a paralegal, and for this reason, I would strongly suggest looking for another law firm to represent you.

I've never been in legal troubles before and I was so afraid throughout the entire process, but Ryan was confident and helped me feel safe and secure in my case. He also guided me through everything that could happen; good or bad. HE DID AN AMAZING JOB and I'm completely happy that the result was "DISMISSED". (No charges/Clean record) I highly recommend Ryan for legal issues. He is very professional 100/100! Ryan did a amazing job with my case. He walked me through everything that could happen wether it was good or bad. Talked to me about the opposition and what we could face. Explained what we could be in for during each part of the legal process. He was always straight forward with what could happen and was a great communicator throughout. He did amazing work and the result was no charges filled with the continuation of a clean record. A few times throughout the process I had a hard time dealing with the different possibilities and he was there to keep me going and raise my spirits. Ryan Anderson is a amazing attorney from the moment he jumped on my case to the time the case was completed he was confident and helped me feel very safe and secure in my case! Ryan is very open with his communication and never did feed me any line of BS to make me feel good. He is a very strait to the point type of man. Meaning he will be 100% real with you from the very first time you speak until your case is over. Ryan also helped me out with case and was very empathetic on what i was dealing with and he got to know me as a person also and what my likes and dislikes were and what i was doing in life. I am currently in a middle of a divorce and the stress that comes from that is horrible, then add possible criminal charges on top of that is a mess. Ryan helped work with my divorce attorney in my divorce case and teamed up and help got my criminal case dropped! I am very thankful for attorney Ryan Anderson! Oh not to mention i never even have met Ryan since i live in Arkansas and the court is in Seattle Washington that should tell you how good of a attorney he is at his job! 10/10 5 stars from me!
